These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website store.bein.fit and any related services (the "Site"), and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Beinfit Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15335692), trading as "BeinFit" ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You may be able to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Store@bein.fit if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Products and availability

We sell yoga mats and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours accurately, and minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or change a product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown on the Site and may be displayed in your local or a selected currency. We are not currently VAT-registered, so prices do not include UK VAT. We take care to price products correctly, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. For international deliveries, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated at checkout.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email; at that point a contract is formed between you and us. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms, or where there has been a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken through our third-party payment providers at checkout. By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details ourselves; payments are processed securely by our providers in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes (such as FIRSTYOGA15) and promotions are subject to any conditions stated at the time they are offered. Unless stated otherwise: codes apply to eligible items only, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, are for a single use per customer, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a code has been used fraudulently or in breach of its conditions.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, timescales, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Your right to cancel and your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms do not affect:

• UK and EU consumers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU rules, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, and receive a refund, provided the goods are returned in line with our Refund Policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
• Canadian and US consumers: You keep all rights and remedies available to you under the consumer-protection laws of your province, state, or territory, including any cancellation, return, or warranty rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those mandatory rights.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the "BeinFit" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Product brand names (including Yune Yoga) are the property of their respective owners.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site: in any unlawful or fraudulent way; to transmit malware or harmful code; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; to scrape, harvest, or collect data except as permitted; or to infringe the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate your access for any breach.

14. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

15. Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing emails or text messages where you have given the consent required by applicable law, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the US CAN-SPAM Act. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

17. Disclaimers

Our products are general fitness and yoga accessories and are not medical devices. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your ability; consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise programme. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory consumer rights, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

19. Indemnification

If you are using the Site other than as a consumer, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

20. Events outside our control (force majeure)

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, carrier or supplier failures, acts of God, war, civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, or failures of telecommunications or internet networks. Where such an event occurs, we will let you know and your delivery may be delayed; if the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any goods not yet delivered.

21. Assignment

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere, you benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country, province, or state in which you reside, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts; nothing in these Terms removes those rights. 23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place an order. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes.

24. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
